People I've Met

I've met lots of people. Most of them are just memories. The guys I worked with on tow boats on the Mississippi River. The captains and mates, cooks, engineers and deckhands. The men on the dredge boats off the North Carolina coast.		The fishermen of Ocracoke Island. Wonderful people I met just traveling 'round. Now that I play the banjo, I'm meeting musicians. This web site is my attempt to make notes of the interesting people I'll meet between now and when I can't do it anymore. I should have lots by then, I hope. Clifftop Festival- 2008
